If you have had an eye exam in the past year and want to forgo our exam to simply purchase the glasses, we can arrange for this as well. As much as we encourage an eye exam at the time of purchase to guarantee the best lenses possible, it is completely up to you.

Wondering If Contact Lenses Make Sense For You?

When it comes to vision care, there’s no such thing as one-size-fits-all. Our optometrists will always recommend the solution that makes the most sense for you—whether that’s contact lenses or eyeglasses.

We typically start with a contact lens consultation and a sample pair for you to try before placing an order for you. This allows you to truly experience wearing contacts and decide if they’re best for you and if the chosen brand is comfortable.

Quality Assurance

Once you’ve selected your glasses or sunglasses, we send your prescription to the manufacturer and have the glasses carefully crafted to perfection. Once the eyeglasses are sent back, they go through a thorough quality inspection before we hand them over to you.

This process can take 2-4 weeks or 10-20 business days before your eyewear is ready for pick up. You will have the opportunity to try on your prescription glasses or sunglasses and give the final stamp of approval. Should there be an issue with the prescription or fit for any reason, we will ensure this is corrected and your lenses are exactly as you wish.

Direct Billing & Insurance

At Della Optique, we currently do not bill directly to insurance companies. After your visit, you will be provided a copy of your invoice, at which time it can then be submitted to your insurance provider. We are also happy to send you a pdf of your invoice as most insurances now have a user-friendly application where one simply needs to upload a copy of the invoice online.
