Quality Control

Once the glasses are manufactured, they are sent for quality control before they are available for purchase. Each pair of glasses is inspected to ensure they match their unique technical drawings and original design. If they do not match, the glasses are adjusted and corrected to meet the high expectations that are demanded.
Their rigorous quality control process is taken very seriously. If so much as a scratch is found on the frame during the inspection, they are sent back to the Orgreen workshop for polishing. This process keeps Orgreen accountable to its craft and helps them deliver the best possible product to their customers.

Orgreen design inspiration comes from many places including street culture, extreme sports, and classic cars. This is translated into eyewear through the classic lines, which have been reinvented to possess a unique look of their own. Masterfully Crafted
Orgreen glasses are individually, meticulously crafted with more than 100 processes during production. Each frame can take up to six months to be developed, tested, and declared ready for market. The colouring process alone consists of more than 15 individual steps.

Orgreen is best known for its titanium frames; however, they recently launched their acetate frames. While titanium and acetate are some of the more popular frame materials, Orgreen offers a total of five different material options to choose from:
